Can I ask you to make me a custom piece?

If our commissions are open, yes! Feel free to message me and we can figure something out. :)

SHIPPING

Do you ship worldwide?

We'll begin worldwide shipping in 2023. Stay tuned!

What shipping couriers do you use?

We ship our pieces out via Lalamove/Grab/Mr. Speedy for orders within Metro Manila, and GogoExpress for provincial orders. Shipping fees will be shouldered by the buyer.

My order arrived broken! What do I do?

Oh, no! :( Please send us photos and or videos of the product inside its original packaging materials upon opening. Our email is hello@sinta-ceramics.com. Kindly message us within the first three days of your delivery, and we will find the best solution as soon as we can.

How long is the wait for a pre-ordered item?

Pre-orders can take about 6-10 weeks to create. We'll send updates if your item will be ready earlier or later. Good things take time, and handmade pottery is well worth the wait!
